SALSA - Mexican Style  - like Desi Chatni

Ingredients :

2 large Desi chopped tomatoes, I made puree with hand held chopper. 

1 cup onion red or white, diced I used hand held chopper.

1 bunch fresh cilantro 

1 lime juice

.5 tbsp ground cumin

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp ground black pepper

Direction

1 - mix them all and store in a container.
freeze for two hours. and keep in freeze for 2 week.
